Welcome to the Roger Franks State Farm Agency!  I have been a resident of Little Rock, Arkansas and a  local State Farm Agent for over 40 years.  I am a family man married to Candace for 44 Years.  Both my wife and I are graduates of Arkansas State University, and she also graduated from the Bowen School of Law.  Our family consists of a daughter, her husband, and a granddaughter.  They also live in Little Rock.
